"Self catering can sometimes feel a bit like camping – but not at Tay Neuk. A delightful cottage, it’s equipped with everything you need to make yourself completely at home – as well as lovely touches that make the whole experience feel more like staying in a hotel. The cosy lounge is perfect for relaxing by the light of the woodburning stove, the bedroom is super and quiet and the bathroom comes complete with toiletries and a powerful shower! We were really impressed by the attention to detail given to every aspect of our stay, and would absolutely recommend Tay Neuk to anyone looking for an ultra comfortable base in Perthshire."

"If you are lucky enough to stay at Tay Neuk, you will feel you have made the best choice: the attention to detail is stunning and the setting exquisite. The garden is teeming with wildlife and gives way to the historic little streetscape and village. A perfect getwaway or stepping-off base for a visit to this beautiful part of Scotland."

"Grace and I would like to congratulate you on creating a fantastic retreat, we have stayed in numerous accommodations across Scotland and would consider it to be one of the most comfortable and enjoyable we have ever rented. The Woodpecker seemed to arrive on cue at eight o’clock each morning in the back garden, the woodburner was so warming and relaxing. Local bistro was very reasonably priced and the food was excellent as you had recommended. We managed a couple of Munros “The Cairnwell and Carn Aosda on the Tuesday of our stay, and had an overall delightful stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends, we will certainly consider a return visit."

"The cottage was of an excellent standard in all respects. Every aspect from our initial enquiry onwards was handled in a most efficient and friendly manner, all contributing to a very relaxing break and the welcome items were much appreciated on arrival. The location is superb, with beautiful scenery and walks from the doorstep. We look forward to arranging another stay in the not too distant future."

"Had a wonderful week in Tay Neuk and are amazed by the standard of this accommodation. On Friday we were married on the banks of the Tay (nicer than Gretna Green!) and it has been a very special week."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Tay Neuk and are going to tell all our friends about it, it was really so very comfortable and cosy with all that we needed right on the door step; could not have asked for more, in fact we wished we had stayed longer, we were just spoilt."
